How can I personalize my order?

After you place your order, an email will be sent to the address used for your order. Our team will ask for the personal embellishment placed on the order to fulfill your order.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email notification with a copy of your sales receipt attached. This receipt will include all of the details of your order, including the item(s) purchased, the total cost, and any applicable taxes.

If you have not received your sales receipt via email, there are a few steps you can take to try and locate it:

  2. Check the email address you used to place the order. Make sure that the email address you used is correct and that you have access to it.

How can I return an item?

Some items may be non-returnable due to their nature or because they have been personalized. Please refer to the purchased item to know if your item can be returned.

If your item IS returnable and you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

How long do I have to return an item?
